Overview

As a Technical Consultant, you will deliver Integral Delivery Services to Hitachi Vantara's customers, translating high-level designs into robust technical solutions and guiding projects from implementation to operations. You'll collaborate with project managers, customers, and partners, providing clear status updates and leadership throughout the lifecycle. You'll identify improvement opportunities, strengthen customer confidence in service delivery, and help ensure smooth transitions from build to steady-state operations.

Responsabilidades Deliver Global Delivery Services to customers per Statements of Work

Design and implement robust technical solutions from high-level designs

Guide projects through implementation to operations and provide technical leadership

Collaborate with Project Managers, customers, internal teams, and partners





Provide clear status updates and high-quality deliverables

Contribute to project reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Build strong customer confidence in Hitachi Vantara's service delivery capabilities

Requisitos principales Proven experience in technical consultancy and service delivery

Strong storage solutions expertise, especially in mainframe environments; open systems experience is a plus

Ability to translate high-level designs into detailed technical solutions

Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills

Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, accountable mindset

Confidence communicating complex technical concepts clearly

Fluency in English and Spanish

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams
