As Area Sales Manager for Home Care in Southern Europe, you will drive sales growth and profitability within Spain, Portugal, France, and Italy. You will develop and execute multi-year plans, coordinate customer projects, and lead cross-functional execution to meet the commercial strategy. You will build strong customer relationships through face-to-face interactions and manage territory performance including forecasts, product requirements, and issues. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on market execution to advance Croda’s Home Care portfolio. You will work with regional teams to shape sustainable growth and deliver value for customers and the business.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Develop and manage the three-year sales plan and budgets with management alignment
• Increase sales and gross margin within the defined commercial strategy
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and follow up on inquiries and sample requests




• Contribute to one-year and three-year market strategy and relay plans to relevant business areas
• Manage territory priorities, routes to market, and customer performance, including forecasts
• Analyze market trends, threats, opportunities, and competitor behavior and share insights with Sales and Marketing
• Visit customers to present products and coordinate development projects and marketing initiatives
• Provide guidance, training, and support to agents and distributors as needed
• Address complex commercial issues including sustainability, customer service, production, distribution, intermediaries, and complaints
• Improve efficiency of commercial systems and procedures
