In this Technical Account Manager role, you partner with enterprise customers to drive platform adoption, long-term value, and revenue growth across Vonage’s CPaaS product suite. You’ll blend deep technical API knowledge with business-focused guidance, supporting customers from developers to executives. You’ll lead strategic conversations, review architectures, and steer cross-functional efforts to resolve complex challenges. Responsabilidades
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic enterprise accounts,



building multi-threaded relationships from developers and product teams to C-suite executives
- Advise on integration architectures, troubleshoot API implementations, and share best practices across Vonage’s product portfolio (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, Video, Verify)
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), identify risks to customer health, and collaborate with Technical Experts, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex challenges
- Own revenue and direct margin growth for your book of business, forecast accurately, and execute retention and expansion strategies
- Develop outcome-driven success plans aligned to each customer’s objectives, driving platform adoption and long-term ROI
- Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities by linking customer use cases to new or underutilised capabilities, with Sales using usage data and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with Technical Solutions Managers (TSMs) within a pod model for complex solut
