From bespoke driving experiences to weekend getaways and launch galas, this role will oversee event delivery at every stage — from logistics and budgeting to vendor management and client experience.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced events manager who is fluent in English and Spanish to join a fast-growing luxury brand and take ownership of world-class experiences for an exclusive UHNW clientele.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of all major events (Driving Experiences, International Trips, Launch Gala).Create detailed event timelines, logistics plans,
and production schedules.Source, negotiate, and liaise with premium vendors, venues, travel providers, hospitality partners, and agencies for a large volume of annual events per year (45+) with a strong focus on the major events – An Events Coordinator will work under you to take care of the smaller scale events.Collaborate closely with external agencies that will participate in assisting to curate the major events internationally.Oversee budgets, track spending, and deliver cost reports for each event.Ensure a white-glove level of guest experience throughout.Supervise and mentor the Events Coordinator & Executive Assistant, ensuring smaller events run smoothly.Liaise with the Marketing Manager to ensure events are aligned with the brand strategy.Work closely with the CEO to align on vision, standards, and execution.Requirements:Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
