We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: * Lead projects and teams, focusing on successful delivery and customer value realization. * Develop expertise in ServiceNow offerings and provide technical leadership to customers. * Design and implement ServiceNow workflow solutions aligned with best practices. * Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve business processes. * Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories. * Review and validate technical deliverables including configuration, integrations, testing and documentation. * Participate in workshops to assess current-state processes and define future-state solutions. * Coach and mentor Technical Consultants and Associate Technical Consultants while driving innovation and quality.

WHAT TECHNOLOGIES, METHODOLOGIES OR TOOLS WILL YOU USE? * ServiceNow Platform * ServiceNow Workflow Solutions * ServiceNow Technical Architecture * AI-driven Workflow Optimization * System Integrations * Unit Testing * Technical Documentation * ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) ? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Years experience: 8+ years English: C1 minimum Spanish: Native ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS) * Ability to travel. * Industry domain expertise. * Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making or problem-solving. * Experience managing customer relationships and stakeholder expectations. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple engagements. ?
