ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for a Reception Intern H/F for a 6-month period to strengthen our team Your main responsibilities will include: Answering phone calls; Handling guest reservations; Welcoming and assisting guests regarding their stay, formalities, rates, and hotel or tourism services in accordance with the establishment’s quality standards and commercial policy; Managing the guest experience from check-in to check-out; Contributing to guest satisfaction by providing high-quality service throughout their stay; Performing administrative tasks (reservations, scheduling, mail handling, etc.) and accounting tasks (billing, payments, etc.) related to guest files; Promoting the hotel or tourism establishment (information mailings, prospecting, pricing strategy, etc.); Contributing to achieving the qualitative and quantitative objectives of the department; Carrying out any related tasks assigned by the supervisor; Ensuring the hotel’s calm and security during the nigh.
