As the primary point of contact for a leading banking institution, you will help customers manage their accounts, resolve inquiries, and navigate digital platforms with precision.
What You'll Do
Expert Support: Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with account queries, transactions, and digital banking tools. Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and deliver accurate, timely solutions. Security & Compliance: Maintain strict data privacy standards and adhere to financial security protocols. Language Integration: Use your Spanish skills to navigate internal systems and coordinate with local teams.




What We Are Looking For
Languages: Native or near-native German (C1/C2) and solid Spanish (Minimum B2 required).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-centric focus.
Mindset: Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn (prior banking experience is a plus, but not required).
Work Authorization: EU work permit required; must be based in or willing to relocate to Madrid.
