Overview As Top Chef Customer Success Manager, you will steward a portfolio of Michelin-starred and premium Spain-based restaurants, driving value from TheFork ecosystem and delivering an outstanding client experience. You act as a trusted adviser, solving complex hospitality needs and coordinating cross-functional teams to support growth. You'll lead strategic reviews, reduce churn, and influence product and commercial initiatives.
