Overview In this role you lead a consolidated team of subcontractors across satellite Ground Control Segment and Navigation programmes. You steer programme governance, contractual setup and workplans, and ensure technical flows and reviews are executed. You will organize project reviews and audits with subcontractors, while guiding schedule, risks, and deliverables. Responsabilidades Manage multiple subcontractors within satellite Ground Control Segment or Navigation programmes

Coordinate programme consortiums organization and contractual setup

Oversee managerial and programmatic control: schedule, risks, deliverables, compliance, payments





Provide technical control: support engineering teams in flow-down of requirements and in design/validation reviews

Organize and witness project reviews and technical meetings, including progress meetings, formal reviews and audits with subcontractors

Requisitos principales 5+ years of experience in project management

Experience in space ground control or navigation projects

Strong English communication skills (oral and written)

Knowledge of subcontractor management and contractual management (valued)

Leadership and management skills

Additional languages beyond English (valued)

excellent written and verbal communication leadership decision making project management systems and hardware/software engineering in space or similar domains flow-down of technical requirements
