We are seeking a Czech-speaking Account Executive to join our
growing team in Spain. As an Account Executive, you will manage the
full sales cycle, helping businesses identify the right solutions
while developing long-term partnerships across the Czech market.
This role is idóneo for a proactive and results-oriented
professional who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and
exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales
cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and
closing. Develop new business opportunities within the Czech
market. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective
and existing B2B clients. Conduct outbound prospecting via phone,
email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings. Understand client needs and
provide tailored business solutions. Deliver engaging product
demonstrations and commercial presentations. Negotiate contracts
and close new business opportunities. Manage and update customer




information using CRM systems. Consistently achieve and exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with Customer
Success, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure excellent
customer experience. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and
competitor activities. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and
pipeline reports. Requirements fluent Czech (C2). Good command of
English (minimum B2). Previous experience in B2B Sales, Business
Development, Account Management, or Account Executive roles. Strong
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities.
Experience managing the complete sales cycle. Familiarity with CRM
platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or
similar. Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven. Strong
problem-solving and time management skills. Ability to work
independently and within an intern
