Overview In this role you drive end-to-end material flow optimization across the supply chain and shape planning parameters within cross-network projects. You will collaborate with SP, R&P;, and logistics to promote continuous improvement in planning processes. You'll act as the go-to expert for planning-related parameters, driving initiatives and cross-functional alignment to support scalable, data-driven decisions.

This is a hands-on, impact-focused role at the intersection of planning, analytics, and business performance.

Requisitos principales 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally in planning or related fields

Fluent English and Spanish

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics with SC focus preferred, or Engineering

Strong analytical and strategic mindset

Proven continuous improvement experience, including CI projects and process optimization

Solid project management skills to drive optimization initiatives end-to-end

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder influence and cross-functional leadership
