Overview

As Supply Planning Manager Auto EMEA, you will lead and shape planning operations for the Automotive business across Europe, ensuring balance between inventory, cost, and service. You'll build a high-performing planning team and drive end-to-end planning excellence with a focus on OTIF and SLOB reduction.

Your role requires cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to secure continuity and efficiency. This is a strategic, impact-driven position in a globally influential paints company.

Responsabilidades Lead and develop the production and material planning team across the EMEA region

Drive best-in-class planning performance for the Automotive business in EMEA

Own end-to-end Supply Planning for Automotive EMEA (OTIF, inventory management, SLOB reduction)

Lead cross-functional decision-making with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service and Commercial teams

Manage supply risks,



capacity constraints and scenario planning to ensure business continuity

Champion continuous improvement and planning governance through standardization and data-driven decision making

Requisitos principales Masters degree in relevant field

Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams

Strong background in Supply Planning, Operations, Manufacturing Planning, S&OP;, or IBP

Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Coatings, Paints, Chemicals, or Retail environments

Strong SAP ECC and Power BI knowledge

Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
