Overview
As Principal Product Designer for Subscription Growth, you will shape the long-term strategy to grow subscribers across Dow Jones brands. You’ll work at the intersection of design strategy, business goals, and growth to define how prospective customers discover and subscribe—from registration to checkout. You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders to set investments, create scalable patterns, and align teams around a shared vision. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on design leadership to impact acquisition and revenue while elevating design quality across Commerce.

Responsabilidades
- Define long-term design strategy for subscriber growth across multiple Dow Jones brands
- Lead ambiguous, business-critical initiatives across registration, identity, paywalls, shop experiences, pricing, packaging, checkout, and experimentation




- Partner with senior leadership to shape roadmap priorities and strategic investments
- Create scalable acquisition patterns, frameworks, and interaction models extending the Index Design System
- Drive experimentation strategy and translate insights into long-term product improvements
- Translate customer research, data, market trends, and business goals into experiences that improve acquisition while maintaining UX quality
- Lead strategic design explorations, vision work, and cross-functional workshops
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers through reviews and feedback
- Influence how Commerce measures success by defining experience quality metrics alongside KPIs
- Represent Commerce Design within the Design & Research organization and contribute to company-wide strategy
