Overview In this role you will drive end-to-end Engineering Quality activities for Military Air Systems in Getafe, ensuring robust processes and compliance. You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, and external auditors to embed a proactive quality mindset across development programs. You will analyze risks, lead quality reviews, and support corrective actions to ensure right-first-time design deliverables.

Responsabilidades Plan and execute E2E Engineering Quality activities (Process Assurance Plans, Technical Reviews, Quality Gates, FCA)

Apply quality methods and risk prevention tools across programs (APQP, DFMEA, PPS, RCA, 5 Whys, First Installation Checks)

Interface with internal and external stakeholders (Chief Engineering, Production, Services, auditors,



National Quality Representatives)

Manage non-conformities and quality anomalies; support root cause analysis, track KPIs, drive corrective actions

Support the Business Management System (BMS) and EN9100 audits; update processes and promote quality mindset

Lead continuous improvement projects; identify weak points, manage risks, and share lessons learned across the organization

Requisitos principales Engineering degree (Systems, Aeronautical, Industrial or related)

At least 1 year of engineering experience; background in a design organization required

Strong communication and adaptability; continuous improvement mindset; customer orientation

Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken)

In-depth knowledge of Systems Engineering, EN9100, APQP, FMEA, RCA (PPS, 5Whys), PAR methodologies
