Overview

As Engineering Systems Engineer, you will establish and govern the engineering systems landscape, with Windchill as the primary PDM platform, to enable scalable design-to-manufacturing workflows. You will define architectures, workflows, and data structures, driving PLM processes and KPI governance across engineering, manufacturing, and IT. You'll push for higher detail in 3D models and BOM governance to shorten build cycles and ensure data integrity.

This role sits at the crossroads of design, production, and procurement, shaping a data-driven, efficient modular data center business.

Responsabilidades Own and drive Windchill implementation as the primary PDM system

Define and configure system architecture, workflows and data structures

Collaborate with Transformation Team to feed system requirements for the Long-Term Engineering Systems Roadmap





Own long-term roadmap implementation for engineering systems supporting PLM

Act as primary authority for PDM processes, decisions, and escalations

Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain and IT for data governance and KPI maintenance

Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

3+ years of experience in engineering systems, PDM/PLM, or manufacturing environments

Strong systems-thinking and process design mindset

Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder-management skills

Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy, traceability, and scalability

Fluent English

Experience in Data Center infrastructure design and integration

Experience in modular construction and multidisciplinary engineering teams communication stakeholder-management leadership without authority
