Role Description The Teacher - Exam Preparation role is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting students preparing for English language and university entrance exams. The teacher will design and deliver engaging online lessons aligned with exam requirements and student goals. Daily tasks include lesson planning, conducting virtual classes, assigning and reviewing practice exercises, and providing constructive feedback to improve performance.

The role also involves tracking student progress, adjusting teaching strategies based on individual needs,



and maintaining clear communication with students and, when applicable, their families. The teacher is expected to uphold EPIC Prep’s standards for academic excellence and exam readiness.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience supporting students in exam preparation contexts.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training to design structured, goal-oriented instructional sessions.
- Excellent Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and provide actionable feedback.
- Experience with online teaching platforms and digital classroom tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field; advanced certifications in exam preparation (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, SAT) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage part-time, versátil schedules.
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices.
