Overview

As the AI Innovation Leader at GMV, you will define the strategic and technical vision for integrating AI into Public Transport solutions. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team, drive the platform's evolution toward advanced AI capabilities, and explore new AI-enabled business models. You'll collaborate with product and tech teams to deliver impactful, scalable AI solutions and ensure robust data governance.

This role shapes GMV's position as a global leader in technological innovation in transport.

Responsabilidades Define the strategic roadmap for AI integration in Public Transport solutions

Explore new business opportunities and operating models based on AI

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, attracting talent

Drive platform evolution toward predictive analytics, ML, and optimization





Collaborate with product and technical teams to align solutions with market needs

Apply emerging AI technologies (generative AI, computer vision, NLP)

Ensure seamless integration of AI models into existing systems

Act as a technical reference, guiding the team through complex challenges

Ensure best practices in data governance, security, modelling, and documentation

Requisitos principales Leadership of innovative AI/tech projects or startups

AI architectures, machine learning, and predictive analytics

Development and implementation of ML models (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Experience with advanced platforms, data integration, and AI models

Ability to build teams from scratch and scale technology capabilities

Knowledge of generative AI, NLP, and computer vision

Familiarity with scalable data architectures and modern tools leadership team-building strategic thinking
