For more information check out our website For our Madrid office, we are looking for bright professionals, graduated in Economics, Business, Finance or Management Engineering with previous experiences in 1 or more internships, ideally in Investment Banking, Venture Capital or M& A who will hold the position of Tech Investment Banking Junior Analyst.
The candidate, working alongside the company mentor, will be part of one or more teams working on fundraising and M& A transactions on the best European startups and scaleups, facing clients and investors. the Tech IB Junior Analyst will be involved in all stages of the process, performing tasks such as: Business Plan: preparation, maintenance and review
- Competition and market analyses: with focus on industry trends, total addressable market calculation and competitive scenario analysis
- Supporting senior team on relationship management: current and prospect clients and developing relationships with Italian and international investors.
Excellent familiarity in the use of the Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- English: fluent
- Spanish: fluent
- Italian or French is a plus. PERSONAL TRAITS OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills, attentive to details and able to manage various activities while maintaining high-quality standards. SELECTION PROCESS · Screening Apply via Linked In sending your CV including your educational track record, specifying your graduation grade or current exam average and expected graduation date
- Those selected for the second round will be asked to submit a short video in English of up to 90 seconds, and only candidates who send the video will be considered for the interviews phase. · Interviews 2 introductory interviews with senior members of our team to assess motivation and personal fit with Growth Capital
- Final round with 3 or 4 interviews by our senior team, including a case study, aimed at the assessment of the candidate's skills and growth potential to successfully integrate him/her into the team.
