Responsabilidades

- Lead and govern the plants procurement strategy and act as primary procurement reference for the Plant Manager
- Drive the plants productivity roadmap and coordinate cross-functional support for procurement transformation levers




- Manage supplier performance and ensure continuity of supply across operational metrics
- Support urgent operational issue resolution and maintain business continuity, ensuring PES and KICs compliance

Requisitos principales

- Min 7 years in procurement/sourcing (direct material) with 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Extensive experience in negotiations and category strategies
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor in Supply Chain or related field
- Highly proficient in MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder influence
