Experteer Overview
In this Category Buyer role, you secure optimal Quality, Cost, and Delivery for a portfolio of components across European plants. You operate within a global procurement team, driving supplier management, strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and business continuity. You will collaborate with multiple functions to advance procurement transformation and supplier performance. This is an international, fast-paced environment where your decisions impact competitiveness and resilience. You will contribute to Schneider Electric's sustainability and efficiency goals through strategic sourcing and supplier leadership.

• Manage supplier relationships and conduct RFQs aligned with commodity strategies
• Execute supplier consolidation and mitigate supply chain risks

Responsabilidades
• Master's Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or Engineering degree with procurement experience)
• Fluent English; Spanish mandatory; French desirable
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities
• Cost analysis, market analysis, and Total Cost of Ownership expertise
• Advanced Excel and data analytics
• Experience with procurement digital tools (RPA, e-Sourcing, SRM, SupplierOn, Prism, Tableau)
• Knowledge of contract management, risk assessment, and legal frameworks
• Financial acumen and understanding of Quality and Supply Chain processes
• Leadership, stakeholder management, and international collaboration skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable procurement plans
