A leading international sports organisation is entering a defining new era, with an ambitious opportunity to grow its global audience, deepen its cultural relevance, and establish itself as one of the most compelling sports and entertainment brands in the world.

The Senior Fan Experience Manager will bring that ambition to life at live events, reimagining how fans engage with the brand across the entire event journey. You will own the experience design for the fan-facing programme, creating distinctive moments that deepen connection, encourage participation, and give fans more reasons to return.

You will define fresh formats across fan stages, athlete appearances, fan zones, VIP experiences, and other key touchpoints. This is not an event operations role. You will set the vision and create the programme, then work closely with internal stakeholders, promoters, and delivery partners to bring it to life through creativity, practical judgement,



and consistently high standards.

Fan Experience Strategy & Design
- Own the strategy and creative vision for the end-to-end fan journey across physical and connected touchpoints.
- Define what a distinctive fan experience should feel like and create practical principles that can be scaled across different venues and markets.
- Design reusable formats that build general recognition while leaving room for meaningful local adaptation.
- Define a tiered portfolio of fan experiences and products, ranging from premium VIP offerings to accessible participation opportunities, ensuring engagement across diverse audience segments and creating new commercial opportunities.

Programming & Innovation
- Own the fan-facing programme across stages, opening ceremonies, athlete appearances, fan zones, and agreed entertainment formats.
