Overview

As Tech Lead at Fever, you will shepherd engineering for a product squad, championing code quality and robust architecture. You will plan and enable scalable systems, mentor engineers, and help evolve our services to support a global audience. You'll collaborate with Product, Data, and other engineering teams to improve performance, reliability, and developer experience.

This role offers hands-on ownership and the opportunity to shape critical infrastructure in a fast-growing, world-spanning platform.

Plan and execute architecture to support future requirements

Improve team processes

Mentor other engineers

Design and implement end-to-end features within the squad

Participate in architectural discussions and propose improvements

Work with event-driven systems focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability

Collaborate with Product, Data,



and other Engineering teams to enhance the platform and developer experience

Take ownership of core components and evolve their architecture

Lead code reviews, design sessions, and mentoring

Contribute to best practices in scalability, observability, and system design

Drive continuous improvement and demonstrate impact at scale

Become domain expert to drive strategic initiatives

Requisitos principales Strong knowledge of good practices, testing and design patterns

Knowledge of relational databases

Internals and data-intensive

Experience with distributed systems, network communication, scalability and resilience

Capability to deliver code from development to production
