What are we looking for?

- ? 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning , leading teams of 5+ engineers and delivering complex products end-to-end.
- ? ? Proven Tech Lead background, driving architecture, technical strategy, mentoring engineers, and owning delivery across backend, frontend, data, and ML systems.
- ? Deep expertise in MLOps , including MLflow , model training, feature engineering, model serving, monitoring, deployment pipelines, and production ML lifecycle management.
- ? Expert-level proficiency in Python (mandatory), building scalable services, data pipelines, automation frameworks, and machine learning platforms.
- ☁️ Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures, including the evolution and migration of ML platforms toward AWS SageMaker and managed ML services.
- ⚛️ Hands-on development with React ,



delivering end-to-end product features and user interfaces that expose ML insights to technical and business stakeholders.
- ? Extensive experience designing and operating large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines , data processing frameworks, and feature engineering workflows for machine learning applications.
- ? Strong background with Docker , containerized applications, and modern software delivery practices, ensuring scalable and reliable production environments.
- ⚡ Experience working with distributed and real-time data platforms such as Spark and Kafka , building event-driven architectures and streaming ML pipelines.
- ?️ Ability to design scalable ML architectures, define engineering standards, drive CI/CD adoption, and deliver production-grade solutions for predictive maintenance, fault detection, and advanced analytics use cases.
