Overview

As a Tech Support Engineer at Fever, you will be the first contact for platform incidents, diagnosing issues and deciding when to escalate. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and QA to keep operations smooth, guiding teams through incident handling and process improvements. By month six you will lead incident management, mentor others, and automate repetitive tasks. This role offers hands-on impact in a fast-growing, globally focused tech company.

Responsabilidades Handle and triage incidents, diagnose issues, and escalate when needed

Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, and Systems to resolve problems

Improve internal documentation and support processes and assist users with technical issues





Lead incident management and post-incident reviews; mentor new team members

Identify trends, propose preventive solutions, and automate repetitive troubleshooting tasks

Provide technical guidance to internal teams and customers; ensure proactive monitoring and efficient issue resolution

Requisitos principales Experience in technical support or troubleshooting roles

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Datadog, Grafana, Kibana, ...)

Knowledge of APIs, services, and client-server architecture

Understanding of incident management, triage, and escalation

Proficiency in English for clear communication

Problem-solving

Proactive troubleshooting

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Linux/UNIX and scripting skills

RESTful APIs and JSON
