Overview

As a Technical Adoption Advisor at Autodesk, you help strategic customers maximize product value through coaching, enablement, and hands-on workflows. You will work with large global customers to drive adoption of Autodesk solutions and key workflows. Your guidance will combine technical leadership and learning content to unlock measurable business outcomes. This role offers impact across cross-geo teams and a culture that rewards performance.

Responsabilidades Deliver product and workflow coaching to enable adoption of Autodesk solutions

Conduct discovery calls to map customer workflows and outcomes

Lead live and scalable enablement sessions for end users

Act as a technical trusted advisor with product expertise to drive business value





Develop and maintain enablement content and learning resources aligned with quality standards

Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years in a related field

Advanced knowledge of AEC technologies and automation building blocks

Experience with Cloud APIs and API testing tools like Postman

Understanding of methods, JSON handling

Strong multi-project prioritization and agile learning ability

Excellent written and verbal communication strong communication and presentation skills ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences team player with global collaboration mindset
