Overview In this Technical Architect role, you will lead SAP-focused integration and automation engagements within Workato's professional services in EMEA. You'll act as an SAP integration SME, designing end-to-end solutions that connect SAP ecosystems with Workato workflows and migrations from other platforms. You will evangelize the platform to customers and partners, and contribute to the SAP practice through content, demos, and best practices.

You'll work directly with customers to ensure secure, scalable architectures and successful production deployments, driving adoption of automation and orchestration across industries.

Responsabilidades

Lead SAP integration engagements and architect scalable solutions with SAP ECC, S/4HANA and SaaS apps

Onboard customers with tailored statements of work and customer-facing activities

Demonstrate Workato capabilities to address business automation needs across industries

Serve as trusted technical advisor for solution, architecture, and implementation perspectives

Contribute to general SAP practice content: demos, white papers, best practices, patterns, courses

Lead requirements sessions and develop integration/automation architectures





Review recipes and advise on testing, production readiness, and deployment procedures

Transfer knowledge to customers and partners, aligning with GEARS and Embedded Product Guide

Embed in customers' organizations to identify automation opportunities and improvements

Provide post-live health checks and guidance on recipe/process optimization and governance

Requisitos principales 5+ years in technology transformation consulting or equivalent integration experience

End-to-end solution architecture experience on SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite

Knowledge of SAP interfacing technologies (IDoc, RFC, OData, SOAP)

Familiarity with SAP architecture and methodologies (Clean Core, ISA-M)

Proven leadership in solution design, development, testing, release management, and change management

Strong understanding of security and governance for large enterprises

Ability to travel up to 25%

Business English fluency strong communication and stakeholder management thought leadership and evangelism customer-centric mindset
