Overview In this role, you will lead technical strategy and engineering for the Purification Business across five sites, partnering with top leadership to drive performance and safety. You will act as the technical face of the company to clients and external parties, shaping product development and risk management. You will oversee multisite operations, budget, and project execution to meet targets while reducing environmental impact.

You'll foster a safety-first culture and promote innovation in processes and tools that enhance quality and reliability.

Responsabilidades Develop and steer overall technical strategy with other directors

Represent the company technically to clients and external parties

Foster a safety-first culture with HSE and other leaders

Communicate the technical vision internally and externally

Design and approve strategies for new product development

Manage resources and budget for technical teams

Oversee end-to-end product/tech development from ideation to launch





Advise project teams on technical strategy and monitor progress

Assess technical risks and implement preventative measures

Advance knowledge of sector and introduce new processes/tools to drive innovation and quality

Ensure quality and compliance across all operating countries

Advise other departments on technical factors

Requisitos principales Industrial Engineering or Chemistry Engineer degree

MBA or Masters in Director of Operations preferred

10–15 years leading technical developments in Chemical/Pharma

Experience in fine-chemicals or distillation a plus

Experience leading HSE and R&D;

International multisite responsibility

Fluent in English

Strong leadership and motivation of teams

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
