ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM The role requires you to conduct operational privacy and AI risk assessments, support compliance activities, and ensure regulatory alignment across products, vendors, and business units. Reporting to the Head of Global Privacy Office,



you will be a part of Global team of 10 members WHAT WILL YOU DO KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Work with the Global Privacy Office to develop maintain and evolve SITA's privacy program; - Participate in the Privacy Triage Process and execute privacy risk assessments for SITA products services and third parties. - Document supporting evidence and ensure robust audit trails; - Track privacy by design risks and mitigations as part of second line monitoring escalating to the Data Privacy Technical Manager where actions are overdue or incomplete; - Provide timely KPI reporting and dashboards identifying trends and patterns in data; - Support and deliver privacy training and awareness with a strong focus on Privacy by Design and what constitutes appropriate risk based technical and operational measures; and - Represent the Integral Privacy Office in day-to-day activities with our business legal and technology business stakeholders and the wider privacy community.
