Service Team Leader In this role you will be responsible for providing routine maintenance and on-site or remote technical support. As a Field Service Technician, you will execute service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. You will be in close cooperation with customers and other ABB teams, acting as the technical point while delivering quality and satisfying customer service in Pulps and Paper Industries.

Performing service tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment, identifying technical problems, making analysis through remote or on-site activity in different service categories (installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, replacements etc.) Take on-call service according to customer contracts, at least one complete week every 2 weeks. During the week of on-call service, 24h total availability to go to customer on-site to solve the incidences Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines Coordinating and executing specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews Identifying opportunities to develop new service applications, equipment and methods Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning.

Higher

Education (Spanish CFGS/FP II) or University studies (Electric, Electronic or Automation)



More than two years of experience in jobs like: commissioning, maintenance, technical assistance, working as maintenance and/or field service technician for mechanical and electronic tasks. Previous experience in QCS systems will be valued Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing of insert specific product and industry/sector Knowledge of MS Office tools, any PLC programming language Availability to work sporadic weekends and public holidays.

Fluent
