Overview

As a Data Scientist at Antolin, you will develop ML and AI solutions for Advanced Manufacturing and Industry 4.0/5.0. You will transform industrial data into actionable insights, collaborate across Manufacturing, Operations, IT, and Digital teams, and build predictive models for maintenance, quality, and energy efficiency. You will create dashboards to communicate insights and monitor deployed models.

This role supports manufacturing optimization, sustainability, and business performance in a global automotive leader.

Responsabilidades Develop and deploy ML, AI, and advanced analytics for manufacturing optimization

Analyze operational data to identify opportunities and generate insights

Build predictive models for maintenance, quality, process performance, energy efficiency, and forecasting

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, IT,



and Digital teams to solve business challenges

Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders

Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed analytical models

Evaluate and adopt emerging AI/Industry 4.0 technologies for digital transformation

Requisitos principales 3+ years of experience in Data Science, ML, or Advanced Analytics

Strong expertise in Python, SQL, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling

Experience deploying ML/AI solutions that generate business value

Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Grafana, or Tableau

Ability to translate business challenges into actionable insights

Curiosity, innovation mindset, excellent communication skills, focus on continuous improvement and digital transformation

Curiosity excellent communication collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
