The Solution Architect acts as the trusted advisor and technical authority for designing, validating, and articulating multi-technology solutions that meet customer needs and partner strategy while safeguarding commercial and technical integrity. This role combines deep technical expertise with pre-sales engagement, enabling partners through workshops, demonstrations, and training while supporting sales teams in achieving revenue and profitability targets. Success requires translating complex architectures into clear business value, maintaining vendor certifications, and ensuring first-time-right solution design.

The Solution

Architect champions FUTURE READY behaviors-agility, tech fluency, and continuous improvement-while living our values: Validate technical, operational, and commercial feasibility; Provide configuration details, bill-of-materials, and technical validation for quotes prepared by IAMs or IVSS. Deliver technical sessions, workshops, and hands-on training for partners and internal teams. Act as escalation point for design disputes or configuration conflicts.

Maintain up-to-date vendor certifications and cross-domain expertise (cloud, networking, security, collaboration). Share knowledge internally through training and mentoring programs.



Strong technical knowledge across multiple IT domains and vendor ecosystems.

Language: Spanish & English (business fluency). Familiarity with multi-vendor IT distribution and channel sales.

Experience in partner enablement and technical training delivery. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
