We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist whose mission will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for complex and hard-to-fill profiles, with a strong focus on direct search, proactive sourcing, and cold candidate outreach.



This role is fully dedicated to recruitment and plays a key role in attracting and engaging high-quality talent in a competitive market..

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and technical profiles (Refrigeration Technician, HVAC technicians, field roles), as well as corporate positions, processes for mid-level and senior profiles across different functions.
- Execute intensive direct search and headhunting strategies in highly competitive labor markets.
- Perform active sourcing and direct search using LinkedIn, databases, networks, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct cold outreach to candidates and generate interest in the company and its projects.
- Lead recruitment processes requiring market mapping, talent research, and competitive analysis.
- Screen CVs, conduct first-round interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
