WHAT YOU’LL OWN (Your Mission)
- Performance Creatives at Scale:
Produce a high volume of short‑form video ads (9:16), animations, kinetic typography, and cut‑downs for
Meta/TikTok/Snap
—built for
thumb‑stop, hook, and conversion
.
- AI‑First Creative Pipeline:
Use
AI image/video tools
to concept, generate, and iterate (human‑reviewed), then polish in
After Effects/Premiere/CapCut
.
- Creative Testing Framework:
Work with the UA team to plan hypotheses, variants, and hooks (e.g.,
3‑second hook, CTA, social proof, UGC vs. motion
), and iterate based on results.
- Data → Creative Loops:
Translate performance metrics (
CTR, CVR to trial, CPI
) into creative decisions; scale winners, kill losers, propose next tests.
- UGC & Trends:
Ideate UGC‑style scripts, captions, and overlays that feel native to
TikTok/
