Overview
We are looking for a
CRO Specialist
to lead the optimization of the digital experience through experimentation, UX/UI, and user behavior analysis. This person will play a key role in improving website and app conversion rates by combining
data-driven insights
with
design thinking
.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute experiments (A/B tests, multivariate testing) focused on data-driven optimization and visual performance.




- Identify friction points throughout the conversion funnel using analytics tools, heatmaps, and qualitative research.
- Propose and prototype design improvements aimed at increasing conversion rates (landing pages, user flows, UI components).
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Development teams to implement and launch experiments.
- Analyze test results and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Maintain and prioritize an experimentation backlog based on business impact.

Ensure visual consistency while optimizing micro-interactions to improve conversion

Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or equivalent analytics platforms.
- An experimentation mindset with a strong results-oriented approach.
