Neuron IP is actively seeking an
Information Technology Support Specialist

to be an integral part of our team, focusing on organizational security policy, as well as supporting a remote/hybrid ASIC engineering team. This role is for you if you are passionate about system admin, IT support, and developing scripts, automations, and methodologies.

The Role:

Support our rapidly expanding analog and digital R&D; group, who focuses on purpose-built silicon IPs including high-speed SerDes and memory interfaces. You'll play a key role in enabling & empowering our engineering teams with Windows & Linux technical support, maintaining CAD & EDA software suites, expanding data safeguarding policies, crafting automation flows, and much more. In a remote or hybrid environment, collaborate closely with system architects, digital RTL/FW engineers, analog circuit designers, and product & test engineers to achieve first-pass silicon success.

The Person:

We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of focused, practical experience in IT support or a related field.



You will have a desire for constant learning and growth, a zeal for technical excellence, and an adaptable, positive mindset. Your communication skills will shine in meetings, presentations, and written documentation. You are comfortable learning new skills for your role, and adaptable enough to work with colleagues situated in different time zones.
