Job Description
We are looking for a
Business Administration Intern
to join our team and support the day to day administrative and financial operations of the business.

This is an entry level opportunity idóneo for someone who is organized, detail oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and interested in developing practical experience in business administration within an international company.





You will work closely with our Finance team and gain hands on exposure to accounting processes, invoice management, reconciliations, expenses, and general business operations.

No previous work experience is required. Full training will be provided internally.
Responsibilities
- Record and process incoming invoices across the company's different entities.
- Support Accounts Payable and other recurring finance administration activities.
- Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Process and review employee expenses according to company policies.
- Maintain accurate administrative and financial records.
- Organize and verify supporting documentation related to financial transactions.
- Support recurring administrative and operational processes within the Finance team.
- Assist with additional business administration and finance related tasks when required.
