Ice Cream Shop Team Member – JOHO Ice Paradise

Full-time & Part-time

JOHO Ice Paradise is a brand-new self-serve soft ice cream concept in Mallorca We offer a fun, creative environment where customers build their own ice cream creations with unlimited toppings. We’re looking for energetic, positive team members to help us grow across the island.

Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register and assist customers with a friendly attitude
- Refill soft-serve machines and toppings throughout the day
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront
- Prepare milkshakes and coffees
- Support the team in creating a great customer experience

Requirements
- English is a must
- Other languages (Spanish, German, etc.) are a plus
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Reliable, punctual,



and proactive
- Willingness to learn – no prior experience required

Working Hours
- Morning or evening shifts
- Two consecutive days off per week
- Approx. 40 hours/week for full-time roles (part-time available)

Salary & Benefits
- €1,500 neto/month (full-time)
