McCann is looking for a Junior Art Director to join our Creative team in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their creative career who is passionate about design, branding, advertising, and visual storytelling.

As a Junior Art Director, you will work alongside a Junior Copywriter and multidisciplinary teams to develop creative concepts, campaigns, and visual assets for a range of local and integral clients. You will contribute to the creation and evolution of brand identities, marketing campaigns, and digital experiences, helping bring strategic ideas to life through compelling visual execution.

What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of integrated creative campaigns across multiple channels.
- Help build and evolve the visual identity and creative universe of leading brands.




- Translate strategic insights and brand positioning into impactful visual concepts and executions.
- Design assets for digital campaigns, including landing pages, microsites, newsletters, display advertising, and animated GIFs.
- Develop key visuals and campaign materials ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create and refine visual content using Adobe Creative Suite and AI-powered design tools.
- Produce high-quality photo compositions and image editing using Photoshop.
- Prepare artwork for both digital and traditional media formats.
- Support the creation and editing of video content for digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, Strategists, Account teams, and Production specialists.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and solutions.
- Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, AI applications, and cultural developments.
