Furry Muse is setting a new standard in pet accessories: fashion-first, performance-built. Since the viral debut of the Wander! Bow Harness, we've built a cult community of pet parents who share one belief — our pets are our muses, and they deserve the very best.

We design harnesses, walkwear, leashes, collars and 18K gold-plated pet jewelry for modern pet parents who want it all: durability, style, and a touch of play. Our collections are tough enough for daily walks and chic enough to turn heads. We sell direct through Shopify, plus TikTok Shop and Faire, with Chewy landing soon, and we've been featured in BuzzFeed, Modern Luxury, ABC7NY and Yahoo.

We're founder-led, fully remote, and small: a tight crew of creative, ops and product specialists. Now we're looking for the person who owns eCommerce end to end and runs it like their own business.

THE ROLE

You own the D2C revenue number and the systems that produce it. The founder keeps creative vision and product; you own how the store, the channels and the operations behind them perform.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the founder. You'll build systems, not headcount — and you'll have the AI stack and the autonomy to do it.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- The revenue number. Promo calendar, BFCM, discount discipline, AOV and margin.
- Shopify CRO and merchandising. Testing roadmap, PDP and journey optimization, and the call on which SKUs to reorder and which to retire.
- The performance agency. Direct them against MER and ROAS targets, and hold them to it.
- Marketplaces. Launch and grow Chewy, keep TikTok Shop and Faire healthy, and decide what comes next.
- Operations. Sign off on inventory plans and keep fulfillment and 3PL running clean.
- AI automation. Our reporting already runs through Claude and MCP connections to Shopify and the rest of the stack.



You'll build on it and automate the rest.
- Retail groundwork. Once the numbers justify it, write the wholesale and retail playbook.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 5–7 years hands-on at small-to-mid DTC brands selling into the US. Fashion, accessories or pet is adecuado.
- You've personally scaled a 7-figure DTC brand and can talk through what actually moved the number.
- You've run promotions end to end: offer architecture, inventory earmarking, landing pages.
- You've managed a performance agency and held it to targets.
- Deep Shopify. Fluent in Meta, Klaviyo, GA4 and the usual analytics stack.
- Commercially sharp — comfortable defending unit economics, contribution margin and discount decisions.
- AI-native. You already use AI to build systems for eCommerce operations and growth.
- At home in a small, fast, remote team where you do the work yourself.

NICE TO HAVE

- TikTok Shop and/or Marketplace experience: Chewy, Faire
- Wholesale or retail buyer relationships
- Pet or fashion category knowledge
