The People & Culture Trainee position supports HR processes to help business growth,



overseeing and collaborating with employee operations to ensure they are aligned with the business goals of the company. It also provides administrative and logistics support within the People & Culture department.

? How You Will Contribute
- Support in developing People & Culture tasks for the company in line with MEDSIR’s objectives.
- Support and assist in company training & employee onboarding organization.
- Support in recruiting processes.
- Providing general administrative / HR related support.
- Support in organizing and maintaining company records and undertaking the efficient and accurate preparation, input, and maintenance of information and data into the systems in accordance with agreed procedures and regulations.
- Support in collaboration with employees for a training organization.
- Support in the company’s culture plan implementation.
- Answer employee’s HR-related queries, if needed.
- Support P&C; departm
