ABOUT THE TEAM
We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Trader to join our Southern European team and further develop STX’s environmental commodities business across the Iberian region.

The role will provide exposure to a broad range of environmental commodity markets, including Guarantees of Origin (GOs), Energy Efficiency Certificates (CAEs/CEEs), renewable gas certificates, I-RECs, carbon markets and other emerging environmental products.



The exact product mix could evolve depending on market developments, client needs, and commercial opportunities.

This is a front-office role for someone who wants to build business, not simply execute transactions or manage accounts. You will take commercial ownership of an existing portfolio of predominantly wholesale counterparties across Spain and Portugal, while actively developing new business.

Success in this role means developing strategic client relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities, and increasing STX's share of wallet across products and markets. We are looking for someone who sees this as a long-term growth opportunity and is motivated by building expertise, influence, and commercial impact over time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take commercial ownership of a portfolio of wholesale clients across Iberia, building strong and durable relationships with key counterparties, operating on a high degree
