We are looking a
Banking consultant/manager highly experienced in Efficiency Programs
to be part of the leading
Strategy & Consulting
practice in
Financial Services (FS).
Their main duty is to advise our banking clients in innovative ways to reduce their cost. Their responsibilities include:
- Analysing of Spend/Budget (internal & External cost)
- Identifying and quantifying value initiatives
- Detailed design of initiatives of several types: Strategic sourcing, demand management, digitalization and reengineering of processes,



outsourcing definition, restructuring…
- Value Realization Office: Management of the implementation of large savings programs
Job Qualifications- Experienced in Strategic Consulting and Banking firms
- Ability to execute projects and bring innovation to our clients
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organization levels
- Drive, ambition and initiative to help grow Accenture´s business at functional and Industry level
- People development and team building skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English is mandatory
