What Awaits You
As our Market Access Manager, you will drive the market access strategy, helping ensure that healthcare professionals and patients gain access to life-changing treatment solutions. We are looking for someone who understands the cardiac surgery setting and is familiar with the main stakeholders, including cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, anesthesiologists, hospital pharmacists, and purchasing committees.

In this highly visible role, you will collaborate closely with hospitals, regional healthcare stakeholders,



and internal cross-functional teams to support successful product adoption and long-term market growth. You will help shape compelling economic value propositions, navigate hospital access processes, and build strong relationships across the Spanish healthcare landscape.

Depending on business needs, travel within Spain will be required.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Define and implement the market access strategy in Spain.
- Interact with hospitals, pharmacists, healthcare managers, and decision-makers.
- Support hospital evaluation, inclusion, and adoption processes.
- Monitor market access dynamics and changes within the Spanish healthcare system.
- Collaborate closely with Medical, Marketing, Commercial, and Regulatory
