We’re looking for a
Financial & Contract Operations Specialist
with a strong analytical mindset and a genuine interest in working with
numbers, financial data and Excel
.

This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys analysing data, understanding costs, working with financial and contractual information, and turning complex datasets into clear and reliable outputs. You’ll work in an
international environment
, so strong English communication skills are essential.

What you’ll bring:
- Completed university degree, preferably in
Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting
or a related field.
- Strong
English communication skills (B2+/C1)
, with the confidence to participate actively in meetings and communicate with international stakeholders.




- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a genuine interest in
financial data, costs and quantitative analysis
.
- Advanced Excel skills
, including working confidently with formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data consolidation and large datasets.
- Experience in areas such as
financial analysis, controlling, cost analysis, contract operations, procurement or commercial/contract management
.
- Ability to work accurately with financial and contractual information and identify inconsistencies or discrepancies.
- Experience in
cost estimation, forecasting, price indexation, financial audits, risk assessment or international environments
will be highly valued.
- Any knowledge or practical experience with
AI tools, automation or AI-assisted data analysis
will be considered a plus.

- Analyse and consolidate
financial and contractual data
using Excel.
- Support
cost estimations, forecasts, price calculation
