As Manager Global Compensation & Rewards, you will take an expert role in shaping, enhancing, and governing our general compensation landscape. You will oversee all aspects of compensation across regions, ensuring alignment with our total rewards philosophy, market competitiveness, and evolving regulatory requirements.

You will work in close partnership with the Rewards team, who plays a key role in the operational execution and continuous development of reward processes and programs. Together, you will ensure effective delivery, consistent standards, and ongoing enhancement of integral compensation and benefits structures.
