Banks and financial institutions are under pressure to modernize, and nCino is the platform making that transformation possible. As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be at the center of that shift — bringing nCino's solutions to financial institutions across your territory and helping them reimagine how they operate.

This is a role for someone who thrives on complex, consultative sales cycles and enjoys building genuine relationships with senior stakeholders. You'll own your territory end-to-end: identifying opportunities, building nCino's brand presence, and guiding prospects from first conversation through to signed contract.

You'll also play a part in our customers' ongoing success, working closely with our Customer Success team to deepen existing relationships and introduce new products as our platform evolves. There's real room to grow here,

What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue prospective customers within your territory and market segment
- Challenge prospective customers to think differently about their technology and operations
- Manage a healthy, well-qualified pipeline to consistently meet and exceed sales goals
- Build nCino's brand and reputation across your territory
- Take a consultative approach, using your knowledge of nCino and Salesforce to solve real client problems
- Navigate complex sales cycles — mapping decision-making processes, negotiating contracts, and closing business
- Identify key stakeholders and build consensus among decision-makers
- Partner closely with inside sales and marketing to deliver a consistent market message
