We are supporting a fast-growing, investment-backed company operating within the infrastructure and logistics sector in the appointment of its Chief Financial Officer.

The company is executing an ambitious expansion plan across Europe and is looking for an experienced CFO who can combine financial leadership, operational control and a strong understanding of the expectations of institutional shareholders.

This is a key executive position with direct exposure to the CEO, Board and investment partners. The successful candidate will play a central role in scaling the business, strengthening its financial structure and supporting its long-term value creation plan.

The role

Reporting directly to the CEO and the Board of Directors, the CFO will lead the company's finance function and act as a strategic partner to the management team and shareholders.

The position requires a hands-on financial leader who can operate comfortably in a growing business while providing the reporting, governance and financial discipline expected in an investment fund-backed environment.





The company is based in the province of Girona. Flexibility can be considered, although regular presence at the company's headquarters will be required.

Key responsibilities

Financial strategy and shareholder reporting
- Lead the company's financial strategy in line with its business plan and shareholders' investment objectives.
- Own the budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting to the CEO, Board and institutional shareholders.
- Prepare and present financial information for Board and investment committee discussions.
- Monitor business performance, cash flow, debt, working capital and overheads.
- Analyse financial variances and recommend corrective actions to the management team.
- Establish the financial governance and reporting standards required in an investment-backed company.
