You will work at the intersection of Operations, Commercial, Product, Technology, Finance, Risk, and external partners, turning business opportunities into scalable, customer-centric, and operationally successful solutions.

What You Do
As a Travel Operations Business Development Project Manager,



you will take ownership of business opportunities and transformation initiatives from initial assessment to successful implementation and business handover.

Strategic Growth & Business Development
- Lead the operational evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, products, and market expansion initiatives.
- Manage operational contributions to RFI and RFP processes, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring competitive, compliant, and deliverable proposals.
- Develop business cases, cost models, resource plans, and investment recommendations in collaboration with Commercial and Finance teams.
- Support strategic planning, growth initiatives, operating model design, and transformation roadmaps.

Project & Implementation Leadership
- Lead complex cross-functional projects throughout the full lifecycle, from opportunity assessment through go-live and stabilization.
