We're looking for a
Ukrainian-speaking Sales Manager
to join a high-energy Business Development team, based in
Barcelona, Spain
.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new business opportunities across the EMEA market through outbound calls and emails
- Contact C-level decision makers, build quick rapport and assess their cloud security needs
- Match prospects' pain points to the right cloud solutions (solution-selling approach)
- Manage and update leads, contacts and opportunities in Salesforce CRM
- Work towards individual and team KPIs — pipeline, conversion rates and quarterly targets
- Continuously develop your product knowledge through Google certifications and internal training
Qualifications
- Native Ukrainian + strong English (C1)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outbound sales or business development experience in IT
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform
- Comfortable working in a phone-based, quota-driven environment
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Analytical mindset, self-motivated and a strong communicator — both verbal and written
