As a Junior IT Operations Technician within the IT Support team,



your primary goal will be to provide support across various departments while learning and growing alongside experienced team members. This role is a fantastic opportunity to build your IT career in a supportive environment, balancing hands-on support tasks with learning opportunities in processes that are AI assisted, on-premises infrastructure, and company services. You will work closely with and receive mentorship from key teams including IT Support, CyberSecurity, Compliance, Business Operations, and Office Management.

In your first month, you will get onboarded and become familiar with our existing IT infrastructure and processes, supported every step of the way by your mentor and team. You will start engaging with various teams to understand their IT needs and begin assisting with routine support issues as they arise.
